Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Custom Designed Products, Sale items or Gift Cards. Exchanges can be accepted if you purchased the Product Protection PackageĀ 

We do not accept Returns at this time, due to all of our products being some type ofĀ  customized or personalized product. We offer a 7 day return policy, That is only applicable if you have purchased the Product Protection Package at CheckoutĀ  which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weā€™ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase fothe new item. Refunds We will notify you once weā€™ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youā€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
